We just launched the new website for Sea-Lect Designs, a leader in paddlesport gear and accessories located here in the Northwest.
One of the key design goals was to transform their image from that of a manufacturing company to a product company. To do this, we designed a new product-focused home page with dynamic photography reflecting their products and the paddlesport lifestyle. Also, we took their existing identity and updated it, adding the tag concept and the textiles feel. We wanted their brand to envoke the same adventure and fun as their very real and exciting products.
We did more than just create great looking art. The new site is built on a robust, yet easy-to-use content management platform, which makes it extremely easy for Sea-Lect to update the site with new products, news, blog posts, etc. We also gave them ad and product illustration templates so they can create new content that seemlessly matches the look and feel.
The feedback we've received has been enthusiastic and they now have a solution that meets their needs now and going forward.
